CRT Annual Public Meeting online, 22nd November

Canal & River Trust (CRT) is holding its 2021 Annual Public meeting online at 2pm on Monday 22nd November 2021. CRT says that it is inviting people to submit questions to be answered in the meeting, which will be a live broadcast on YouTube. You can email questions to annualpublicmeeting@canalrivertrust.org.uk. CRT says “We look forward to hearing from you and answering as many questions/themes as possible during our live broadcast”.

The NBTA anticipates that Bargee Travellers will have a lot of questions for CRT to answer, such as questions about the removal of mooring space for so-called “safety zones” on the River Lea; the absence or removal of boater facilities; or enforcement of the unlawful 20-mile range requirement for boats licensed without a home mooring.
